We are a small boutique service that offers a family feel.

Lilliput Corner has been part of the community since 2000. We have strong ties to the local community and its primary schools. We are a family business and consider the children as part of the Lilliput Family.
Lilliput Corner provides care from children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We have a Nursery Room that caters for under 2’s, a 2-3’s room, Pre School room and a 4-5’s School Readiness room that assists children in getting ready for primary schooling. We take pride in offering a homely environment for families wanting extra attention for their children, that is offered in a smaller centre with long standing educators.
Philosophy
We believe that children need to be cared for in a safe, loving and secure environment, surrounded by activities, music, education and games.
From birth children are establishing themselves as social beings, first as a member of their immediate family and then as members of a larger community.
We believe that children learn through play, through intentional teachings, & different learning environments. This is done by incorporating a holistic approach to caring and educating children though.
We use the UN Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child at the forefront of our minds in interacting with children and their families as well as the Child Safety Standards. Each child’s safety is paramount.
We consider ourselves as a Lilliput Corner Family , and we believe this is a crucial component in having children feel secure and supported.

The centre is managed and staffed by tertiary trained and experienced staff.
